In these uncertain times the number one factor is the health and well being of our loved one’s. We at JAACRES want to wish you and your family the very best of health and when this is all over we are here to help your businesses grow again.
When I formed JAACRES I decided to attract a team that had many talents besides real estate brokerage. I myself operated health clubs for close to ten years very successfully. I worked for Bally Fitness working 10-10 Monday through Friday and understand the needs of a retailer.
David Zaken, who heads up our retail department, owned and operated 12 shoe and sneaker stores in NYC and Las Vegas and owned 3 office and retail buildings in Manhattan and understands operating these types of properties too.
Barry Cregan, who oversees our hospitality division has over 30 years experience operating hotels & casinos throughout North America and Puerto Rico. He knows how to operate a successful hotel and knows the numbers inside and out.
I believe these extra qualities along with our team play, knowledge and experience of the market, gives JAACRES its entrepreneurial spirit and its edge.
