Recognized for his consistent years of deal making and skill set for advising property owners as to the right retail tenant mix, and merchants for their new business development; Joseph Aquino has more than 30 years of NEW YORK CITY REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE. No one knows the City better than Joseph and to know which national and / or international tenant/s belong here.  He has assisted top property owners & retailers through his long well known illustrious career. His specialty includes the full spectrum of retail, whether includes luxury, fast fashion or food & beverage.  He also has experience & capability for the site selection of showroom & office, movie theatres, parking garage, and industrial. 

He is known for his work along Madison Avenue, Soho, Meat Packing District , Flatiron District and Nolita. Some of the tenants he represented were Buccellati, Paul & Shark, Caruso Menswear, Paul Morelli, Tours, Sermonetta, Fogal, John Fluevog and Ports 1961.

Joseph has also consulted for The 42nd Street Development Project in Times Square in 1992 when Times Square was changing from The Red Light District into the family center it is known for today. He also represented Amtrak for the retail level at Penn Station, along with The Downtown Alliance which is the business improvement association for The Financial District where he assisted in the analysis for “big box retail development “, along with assisting numerous hotels & casinos across the country in their retail use plans. 

Mr. Aquino’s list of landlords over the years are quite impressive. Over his three decades of service they include; Blackrock, Extell, Spitzer Enterprises, Hartz Mountain, Stahl Properties, Helmsley Organization, Coca Cola, Trump Organization, Tishman Speyer, Peninsula Hotels, Forest City Ratner, General Investment Development, CIM, Tahl Properties, Kensico Properties, Estate of Sol Goldman, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Taubman, Starwood Hotels, Westfield, Onassis Foundation and Minskoff.
