Years back, I attended a ski school called Gray Rocks and it was located at Mont Tremblant in The Laurentian Mountains in Quebec. I understand it is no longer a school but the slopes are still there. It was a wonderful institution that had a French chef / cuisine and with all the daily skiing it was impossible to put any weight on with all the great food that was being served. On the other side of mountain there was a very charming old world town with horse drawn carriages and great hotels, restaurants & clubs.
