Munich is a good 5 hour ride from Zurich and it is worth the trip. You will be driving close to 100 MPH getting there too. The city has old world charm & beauty and the people are very friendly. Schnitzel is the home town favorite which is what the Italians call Veal Milanese. These two towns are not far from each other, therefore I can understand how the two dishes are similar. Don’t forget the stein of beer, the Germans are known to make the best!
